Omissions

• The 90% figure matches UN estimates for homes/housing units (92% per OCHA; >90% per IOM), but the broader UNOSAT satellite assessment (as of 11 October 2025, published 31 October 2025 — the most recent comprehensive assessment available before the session date) puts the share of ALL structures damaged at about 81%, i.e. somewhat below 90%.
• The figures conflate 'destroyed' with 'destroyed or damaged'; the percentage of structures fully destroyed is lower than the percentage destroyed or damaged.
• No more recent UNOSAT or UN assessment for 2026 was found; the figures available to the MEP at the 2026-07-08 session date are from late 2025 at the latest.
