• The Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) was established in 2021 with a timeline running until August 2026, making the halfway point around mid-2023. By March 2023, approximately €150 billion had been disbursed out of a total allocation of approximately €723 billion (grants and loans combined), representing roughly 20-21% disbursement. By end of 2024, disbursement had reached approximately 45-58% depending on the metric used.
