Cape Clear Island in West Cork, Ireland, has 110 year-round residents.

Omissions

• The 110 figure comes from Census 2022 (April 2022 reference period), which is more than two years before the session date of 2026-10-08; a more recent census count was not identified.
• The claim about the absence of full-time nursing cover is a separate service-provision assertion and is not part of the verified population metric.
• The exact figure is supported by one independent secondary source (Irish Examiner) citing Census 2022; a directly retrievable CSO primary data table for the Cape Clear electoral division was not located.
