- A social-media post by the EU's Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid account referenced an air bridge having transported 'over 527 tonnes' of humanitarian aid, but social networks are excluded as evidence and the operation's scope/period could not be established; this figure is also not exactly 590 tonnes.
- No official European Commission or ECHO press releases from 2025–2026 documenting air bridge flights and tonnage to eastern DRC during the M23 crisis were found within the search limit; such sources would be needed to verify the claim definitively.
- The companion statement on EUR 15 million in humanitarian assistance for WHO was not separately verifiable with the sources retrieved.
