• The MEP did not specify that the 19 AI Factories are at different stages of deployment: the first 7 (selected December 2024) and the second 6 (selected March 2025) were further along than the third batch of 6 (selected October 2025), which were scheduled for deployment during 2026.
• The MEP omitted that 13 AI Factory Antennas — smaller associated nodes — are also part of the same initiative alongside the 19 factories.
• The claim does not distinguish between AI Factories and the separate AI Gigafactories initiative (up to 5 planned under the AI Continent Action Plan), which represents a distinct and larger-scale investment.
