• The MEP significantly understated the scale by using 'thousands' when the actual figure exceeds 115,000 refugees (approximately 115 times more than implied by the minimum 'thousands' threshold)
• The mass displacement occurred primarily in September-October 2023 following Azerbaijan's military offensive
• The refugees represent nearly the entire ethnic Armenian population that was living in Nagorno-Karabakh at the time
