Omissions

• The most recent publicly available European Commission data (2024 Türkiye Report) states the number of trade barriers was reduced to 15, not 14. The MEP may be citing a 2025 report or internal Commission data not publicly indexed at the time of the session.
• The 2024 report was published around October–November 2024, meaning the data it contains is approximately 18–20 months old relative to the session date of June 2026. An updated 2025 report may exist containing a figure of 14, but search results did not surface it.
