Omissions

• The MEP did not cite the source of the figure: it comes from the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights' office, which documented the 15 drone strikes between 6 and 28 June 2026.
• The claim omits the accompanying casualty figures documented by OHCHR (at least 45 civilians killed and 41 injured in those strikes).
• The UN News articles confirming the drone strikes were published in late June and July 2026; the OHCHR data covers a period (6–28 June 2026) ending before the session date of 8 July 2026, so the MEP could have known it.
