Two years have passed since the Digital Markets Act entered into force.

Omissions

• The MEP significantly understated the time elapsed since the DMA entered into force. The actual period is closer to 3.5 years.
• The DMA became applicable on 2 May 2023 (six months after entry into force), which is also more than two years prior to the session date.
